All appliances worked perfectly, unlimited hot water, peaceful atmosphere, unbelievably comfortable bed. Immaculately clean! Penny is a gem- she allowed me to store my bags until my departure. Excellent location. Website key collection info was inaccurate but easily rectified via WhatsApp.

The apartment was in a great location, just a short walk from the town center. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a Smart TV in the apartment.
That the parking situation was unclear and we had to park our car a bit further away. There were also some minor maintenance issues, such as a dent in the fridge and spots of paint on the walls.

Great place to stay for a short break or longer. All appliances worked well with plenty of hot water. Nice and quiet in the apartment. Comfortable bed. Spotlessly clean. the location was fantastic, just a few minutes' walk from the town center. the apartment was comfortable and modern, with a well-equipped kitchen. the windows provided a great view and could be opened fully. the Smart TV was a nice bonus.
There were a few small things that could be improved to make the apartment even better. Some basic amenities were missing, like a toilet brush and grab handles in the bathroom.

The apartment had all the necessary facilities and appliances, which worked well. The hot water supply was plentiful, and the apartment was nice and quiet. The comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. It was also great that the owner, Penny, allowed me to leave my luggage in the apartment until I left the city. the apartment was spotlessly clean, giving it a welcoming and fresh feel.
The apartment could benefit from a few improvements. Some lights were not working, although it didn't cause too much trouble.

The location of the apartment was fantastic, just a short stroll away from the town center. It made it so easy to explore and find everything I needed. The secure parking facility was a great convenience, and the fact that there was a lift made it even better, no need to struggle with the stairs! the apartment itself was very comfortable and modern, with comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen. I really enjoyed having the option to open the windows fully or just tilt them for some fresh air.
One small downside was the lack of proper communication regarding the parking permit. It would have been helpful to know in advance that it was required to use the free parking.

We had a great stay at this apartment in Northampton. The value for money was excellent and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the town centre. The staff, especially Penny, was lovely and professional.
The breakfast option could benefit from a wider selection of casseroles and maybe some fresh dish brushes.
